Your quote separates our coordination fee, collection, packaging and shipping costs, so you can see what you are paying for. Collection is subject to the holder’s release requirements and availability.
Packaging & shipping
One quote can include our service, collection, packaging and carrier shipping. Approve the itemised total and pay before we start. Any customs duties or import charges payable by you are identified separately.

Do you collect the item yourself?
We focus on Lisbon. Collection may be arranged personally or through a suitable logistics partner. We confirm the address, available route and cost before you pay.
Can I arrange my own shipping?
Yes. Tell us which parts you need help with. We can quote for the agreed collection and packaging while you arrange shipping, subject to the holder’s and carrier’s requirements. Confirm the plan before booking a courier.
Is the search assistance fee refundable?
The €30 search fee covers the agreed calls, enquiries and follow-up work, not a guaranteed outcome. Once that work has been carried out, the fee is non-refundable even if the item is not found, recovered or delivered. Collection and shipping are separate services. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies for work not performed or not supplied as agreed remain unaffected.
Can you send phones, jewellery or passports?
Some items require special handling or may not be accepted. Tell us about electronics, batteries, valuables, medicines or identity documents before we assess the request.
