Can you help if the item has not been found?
Yes. For €30, we contact up to 3 likely locations, with up to 2 attempts per location over 3 business days from the agreed start date, and send a written update. Finding the item is not guaranteed.
Do you collect the item yourself?
We focus on Lisbon. Collection may be arranged personally or through a suitable logistics partner. We confirm the address, available route and cost before you pay.
How much does it cost?
Search assistance has a fixed €30 fee. If your item is already located, collection, packaging and shipping are subject to a personal quote based on the location, item and destination. If a search finds your item, returning it is quoted separately.
Is the search assistance fee refundable?
The €30 search fee covers the agreed calls, enquiries and follow-up work, not a guaranteed outcome. Once that work has been carried out, the fee is non-refundable even if the item is not found, recovered or delivered. Collection and shipping are separate services. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies for work not performed or not supplied as agreed remain unaffected.
Can you send phones, jewellery or passports?
Some items require special handling or may not be accepted. Tell us about electronics, batteries, valuables, medicines or identity documents before we assess the request.
